Swiss Post shipping with tracking
At Coval TCG, we dispatch all customer orders from Switzerland using Swiss Post tracked services. Every shipment receives a tracking number after dispatch. We do not use untracked A Mail or B Mail for customer orders.
Shipping rates — Switzerland
- Standard tracked shipping: CHF 7.50 for orders below CHF 100.00.
- Free standard tracked shipping: available on orders of CHF 100.00 or more.
The rate displayed at checkout is the rate charged to the customer. Shipping costs shown here are store checkout rates and may differ from Swiss Post's retail label prices.
Carrier and estimated delivery
For parcels, we normally use Swiss Post PostPac Economy with Track & Trace. Swiss Post normally delivers these parcels in approximately two working days after they are posted (Monday–Friday). Order preparation and packing time is additional. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
For small items that meet Swiss Post's size, weight and packaging limits, we may use an alternative tracked Swiss Post service such as A Mail Plus or Registered Mail. The tracking requirement applies to every order.
Protective packaging
PSA-graded cards are packed in suitably protective rigid packaging. Sealed Pokémon TCG boxes are protected against impact and movement during transport, with their original factory wrapping left untouched.
Destinations
Online checkout delivery is currently configured for Switzerland only. If your destination is outside Switzerland, please contact us before placing an order; no international delivery rate is currently offered at checkout.
